ABOUT THE POSITION
We are now looking for a full-time Office Coordinator at the Swedish Space Corporation. You will play an important role in the daily operations and well-being of the office in Solna. This is a parental leave cover that will last until mid-January 2026.
You will be their outward face – both for visitors and colleagues. You will be responsible for everything from staffing the reception and organizing social events to ensuring that the office is always well-equipped and that daily logistics are in order.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Reception and meeting service – Staff the reception and provide service to visitors.
- Administrative support and logistics – Manage orders, access cards, code tags, as well as simpler logistics and fault reporting.
- Employee management – Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and office support.
- Event and well-being activities – Organize social events and create a pleasant work environment.
- Mail and recycling – Handle deliveries, mail, and be responsible for recycling as well as simpler property maintenance.
- Ad-hoc tasks – Perform various ad-hoc tasks that may arise.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has at least 1 year of previous experience in reception work and office administration
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the service industry
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has very good computer and system skills and experience working in the Office suite
- Has a strong service mindset and the ability to deliver good hospitality with an eye for detail
- Is outgoing and energetic, spreading joy and engagement in work
- Is flexible and professional, handling both planned and unexpected situations calmly and accurately
- Works independently and as part of a team, can take responsibility and contribute where needed
It is a merit if you have experience in a similar security-classified position.

Other Information:
- Start: 2 weeks onboarding in June, full-time from August 11.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Duration: Until mid-January 2026
The role of Office Coordinator is security classified, and therefore a security interview conducted directly by the Swedish Space Corporation is required as a final step in the recruitment process. For this position, you will receive a contract for the first two weeks in June, and then a long-term contract will be offered when the assignment continues in August.
